Everything is NEW

Happy 2013!
Wow, that's just weird:)

I'm looking forward to this new year.
I believe big things are in store.
One of the biggest things would be our house.
We are putting it up for sale this month.
We are looking to move north of San Antonio.
Closer to our church, to friends, and places we tend to frequent.
We are looking for "just the right house" for us which is a tough search.
Please keep this in your prayers...The sell, the transition, and the purchase of a new home.

My volleyball girl is doing great and will be traveling quite a bit.
One trip is all the way to Philly!
She is also getting her permit this week 0.o

My football player has kept me busy with all american games, combines, and
all the downtown festivities that come with it.
He turned 12 a few days ago, too.
This is the first spring in a couple of years that he won't be playing football.
At least, that's my plan.
I think he needs to just run track and not do both sports so not to burn out
on the game he loves.

As we are half way through the school year, I can't help thinking about
what next year will look like.
2 of the 4 kids will be going to school for the first time.
My oldest will be a senior and my baby might only be home schooled for another year or two.
I think we have decided on what we will be doing for college after Hannah's senior year.
It could change BUT the plan will be for her to get in as many dual credit college classes as possible her senior year and then take a year at a local college to finish off credits for 2 years worth.
After that, she will transfer to a 4 years college.
I can't believe we are talking about college.
Seems like yesterday she was a baby.
Now my baby is a young woman...with her own dreams:)

I'm also going to try to put my fitness at the top of my list.
I tend to roller coaster on this.
I get busy and choose let my chores, school, and whatever else come before my fitness.
This year I need not to do this.
2012 added a few pounds on me which doesn't make me happy.
So, I will be tackling this head on:/

I am getting ready to celebrate 18 years of marriage with my sweet heart!
18 years seems long when you say it but living it is a whole different story.
Doesn't feel like 18.
Oh! how I love him!

Well, I better get off here and wake the kids for the first school day of 2013.
Before I do I can't leave without mentioning something about my dear friend.
My friend, Kendra, who has and will forever be in my prayers...
She has had to endure more than she ever wished.
She has overcome more than the doctors ever thought.
She has had me banging on heavens doors.
I'm so proud of her and her hard work!
I'm so grateful to God for all He has done.
I'm still praying....
I believe great things are in store for her and her family this year.
I can't wait to see:)

UNWIND:
Every year comes to an end sooner or later and then another one begins.
Some years, it feels good to see expire and start fresh.
Some years you want to
