keeping things quiet

There is something I am keeping from you.
I just started another blog.
It is strictly for something I'm doing that I don't feel like telling everyone.
When I've completed my journey, I will share and probably copy and paste my blog post
in a file here.
I'm doing it to have a daily take record on "the journey".

Now that I have that off my chest I can move on to something else, lol.
Since I haven't blogged in a bit this might be all over the place:)

This week is spring break, YEAH!!!

I usually don't do much for spring break but I do try to
NOT DO ANYTHING:)

I want the kids to have some fun.

Yesterday the fun was....ok maybe no fun.
We had a home inspection for the sale of our house.
This mean ALL HANDS ON DECK to have the house "show ready".
I know, some people will say that is not needed BUT I think it does.

The inspector was here late in the afternoon and stayed for about 2.5 hrs.

This day was a bit wacky.
First, as I was cleaning I saw a family going through a really sad and hard time.
The sheriff was called and...well, it was a bad deal all around.
I prayed for them.
I used to be close to this family but things happened and we haven't spoken for about a year.
It would have inappropriate for me to go to them now, they would probably think I was
just trying to get into their business.
They also had someone there that they do talk to so....I just prayed.
I'm still praying as I can foresee hard times in their future.

THEN- When the inspector was here no doubt, the water company
came by to check my water (I had called about lightly brown water).
Well, as he looked at my auto fill for my pool he told me it was a no-no.
He was very pushy about changing it...yadayadayada.
I was like YES...I'll call the pool guy now...THANKS...(You can go now)
I didn't want the inspector to get wind of that.
I'm not trying to hide anything, just it really isn't a big deal.
I called the pool guy and he informed my that the water people in our area
tries to stick it any way they can.  He said now he has to put them in as of a bout
9 months ago but San Antonio doesn't even make it mandatory.
It would also cost $150.
So, I'm thinking it's good:)

I pray that all is fine with the inspection. The inspector did ask a few questions but
said that there should be much asked by the buyers because it's a very well
kept house.
Let's pray!

Once we get this inspection and if need be negotiate what needs to be fixed,
My next prayer will be the dreaded appraisal.
Those always get my nerves tangled.
I totally feel God in this sell, so I'm not that much of a mess, lol.

Have you ever scalded yourself badly?
Oh my, I did this weekend.
LIKE REALLY BAD!
Things are looking up but let me encourage you to be careful around that boiling water.
And watch out if your messing with boiling water and sneezing.
Yes, thats how I did it.

Well, another company shut their doors:(
So, many people out of a job.
This time, someone that we are close to and especially Hannah s close to
lost his job.
IT REALLY STINKS!
Todd is looking for something for him but not sure what will come up.
Do you know that since the NEW presidential cabinet has been in office
that the cost of gas has gone up and stayed up without anyone hardly
fussing about it...when they fussed so much when Bush was in office.
My tax returned has dropped greatly AND
as of this 2013 year more than $300 have been sucked out each check
of my husband's.
THAT"S ALOT OF MONEY!!!!
He gets paid 2 sometimes 3 times a month...
YOU ADD IT UP!
So, stinking frustrated about that.

Oh Well, I must stop fussing and get going....
Y'all have a great day.
