Loser Update
I'm home from a LONG weekend of sitting.
This doesn't help me in my Journey:(
I was traveling this weekend.
I did try to find ways to burn.
I walked fast to where ever I went...wall sits while brushing my teeth...things like this.
I really need this!
To tell you the truth, it saddens me to have to go on this journey.
I've already been down this journey and enjoyed the bliss of being thinner.
It makes me mad at myself too!
This is where I'm at today.
My eating has been ok.
Last week I told myself I would not completely take all treats out BUT this week is a
different story.
NO treat week!
Today I've had my 2 cups of coffee, yogurt with 1T of peanut butter and 1 T of Chia seeds.
My water consumption is only at 16 fl oz today...I need to up that:/
I think I'll go for a run before lunch:)
3 months until I meet my target mark...
Will I make it?
